Rooted Frameworks exists to provide educational resources and spiritual support that enhance language development, learning, and personal formation for families and educators. Founded by Dr. Shawn Chang, Rooted Frameworks integrates research, lived experience, and reflective practice to help individuals cultivate growth through intentional language, meaningful connection, and spiritual alignment—at home, in classrooms, and within the inner life.
We believe that lasting growth begins beneath the surface. Just as healthy roots sustain a tree, a strong foundation of language, faith, and values sustains learning, leadership, and resilience through every season. Our family coaching approach emphasizes these principles to foster deep connections and effective communication.

Seeds of Communication empowers parents to nurture early language development at home, positioning them as their child’s first teachers through effective family coaching. Seeds of Hope supports families and educators navigating dyslexia and learning differences with empathy, science, and faith. The Art of War Series offers frameworks for spiritual formation and inner alignment, helping individuals understand trials, develop discernment, and cultivate faithful presence in the unseen battles of life.
